Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $100.

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 5-7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@artisangrind.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
