Lifetime Warranty

At Artisan Grind, we are committed to crafting manual coffee grinders of the highest quality and durability. We are proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our grinders. This warranty is a testament to our confidence in the materials and craftsmanship of our products.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Artisan Grind will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

Covered components include:

• The main body and housing
• The crank handle and knob
• The axle and bearing systems
• The burr set (against breakage from normal use)

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or dents.
• Damage caused by using foreign objects (like stones or metal) in the grinder.

To make a warranty claim, you must first contact us at warranty@artisangrind.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please include your original order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video of the defect.
